Now I Fear Nothing (Except Leg Day)
I bought Muscle Milk because I wanted to look like I occasionally do push-ups and know what a macro is. Let me tell you: one sip and I instantly felt 12% more gym-adjacent.
Does it taste like a milkshake that went to college and got serious about gains? Yes. Does it make me stronger? Unclear. But I did open a jar of pickles on the first try and I’m crediting Muscle Milk entirely.
Now I chug this stuff post-workout, pre-workout, and sometimes when I just walk briskly past a gym. It makes me feel like I’m in a protein commercial 24/7. I flex unnecessarily. I grunt when lifting groceries. I refer to my dog as my “spotter.”
Side effects include: increased confidence, mild delusion, and an overwhelming urge to use words like “brotein” and “swole.”
Bottom line: Muscle Milk won’t magically give you abs, but it will make you believe you could probably bench-press a squirrel. And honestly, that’s enough for me.

Tastes great and works well
Cheaper than the competitor and has more protein per serving. Smooth, creamy flavor.
I use it to get my protein up the day before I donate plasma. I don’t eat a lot of meat, and my protein is around 7 if I drink one shake the night before and one shake the morning of my evening donation. When I don’t drink this shake, I get deferred a lot for my protein being below the minimum amount, which is 6.0.

Outstanding flavor and consistency. I mixed it with almond milk in a shaker bottle and it dissolved well %26 quickly. Next, I tried it with a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder, and then next a 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee. Both of these variations tasted great! I plan on buying more!

Bought To Help My Adult Daughter Gain Some Weight
I bought this yesterday and very fortunately, it was delivered that same evening! Super Duper happy with the delivery service! Also, the taste is amazing and can blend easily with other foods, such as frozen or fresh fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, milk. The possibilities are probably endless! My adult teenage daughter has been having issues gaining weight and we are hopeful that this mass gainer will help her get the necessary nutrients into her body. She is an avid athlete and does not gain weight easily at all because she is very active. She likes the flavor and how well it mixes with other foods. Thank you for the fast delivery and the excellent product! I’m always so super happy when I jump online and find this product on sale with Walmart.com. Thank you!!!

Yummy!
The flavor is wonderful. I, personally, cannot stand the taste of whey. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this peoduct. It contains milk proteins. not whey proteins and the difference in taste is AMAZING. Plus it has all the protein I’m looking for. Great product at a good price!

MY FAVORITE BRAND
I use protein powder because I’m older and don’t get around too well because of a spinal cord issue and I definitely don’t get enough protein in my diet.
I have a couple different brands I will use if they have a good deal on them but Muscle Milk is my absolute favorite brand.
It tastes great and mixes well if you know how to do it without a shaker bottle. If you have to mix it in a cup I recommend using a small amount of milk or water and making a paste. This will ensure you don’t end up with clumps of unmixed powder. After you stir the paste well pour in the remaining milk or water, whichever you prefer, and enjoy.
I would recommend Muscle Milk any day over 99% of other brands.

works great. tastes great.
so creamy and delicious. the macros all come out pretty good, dont go crazy with the scoops if youre trying to cut. the calories add up quick. rembmer calories in = calories out. if your only eating 4000 calories of “healthy” food and not working out youre never going to loose wieght or get fit. go for a walk. start out easy. do pushups on your counter. hold onto a chair and do squats. this pouder wont get you there. eating less and moving your body will.

Less is better/ very sugary
Either add more almond milk/water or use one scoop and drink twice per day. My son and I go to the gym everyday so we were looking for a High Protein powder and we love the Muscle Milk from the store in the one serving size so we got excited to find we could get it in powder form. We used two scoops as directed and oh my! It is sugary.
That was a surprise we weren’t hoping for.
Almost too sweet to drink so we started switching to one scoop twice per day.
Wish the ingredients were more clean but the protein mg is high so we just drink it. Shaking it up keeps it chunky so we blend ours.

High Calorie and Low Protein
I’ve stopped ordering the powder and went to the bottles. Two scoops of the powder has 280 calories with 32g of protein while the bottles have 170 calories with 32g of protein.
This protein is good for when you’re ready to burn the calories immediately like pre-work out.

High fat content.
Way too high in fat. I needed some vanilla powder for a random recipe and this was the cheapest (you get what you pay for I suppose) and while this works, the fat content is crazy for a product marketed for health. It does the job but there are better options on the market.
