Excellent Product
Excellent product. Personally I have used Muscle Milk since 2001. Great source of nourishment and internal body mender. Glad they now have a lighter version without compromising taste and zero sugar with less calories. This also comes in a RTD 4 pack carton which I take along with me for a quick pick-me-up. Took pictures of the front and back of the original and the new lighter version in the powder form, which makes it easy to take along with a bottle of water, almond, oat, coconut, soy or regular milk. Just because it says milk doesn’t mean it has milk especially easy for those that are lactose intolerant.

Good product but problematic price for quantity.
Good product (light taste, solid protein content, no sugar, blends well) but if container and quantity of powder get any smaller and the price goes up past $24, it won’t be a good value. But this is the current problem with everything in late 2022.

Old version was much better for you. The ingredients are different. Old version had 5 carbs, but they were all dietary fiber. The newer version has 9 carbs per scoop and no fiber.
